The most important fair at the japanese photovoltaic sector, PV EXPO 2017 | Japan, is taking place these days in Tokyo (March 1st-3rd), at Tokyo Big Sight, an important international center of exhibitions. Valfortec, has been operating in Japan for almost 4 years and currently has several projects under development, did not want to miss the appointment for this year. Different members of the company, headed by its CEO, Fidel Roig, moved to PV EXPO 2017 from the offices that Valfortec owns in the Japanese capital.
At the fair, which has about 400 exhibitors, the expedition learned firsthand what the latest developments in the sector are. In addition, the visit was also spent in meeting with different international partners who had a presence in the fair and with whom is actively collaborating in the latest photovoltaic projects in Japan, more details about that will be unveiled in a short time.
The Japanese photovoltaic sector is in the process of expansion and also has the full support of the country’s government, which promotes renewable energy. In fact, Japan is the third country in the world to have more photovoltaic capacity (34 GW), being China (44 GW) and Germany (40 GW) ahead.
